Responsibilities

→Comprehensive medical and dental coverage

→Arizona licensure reimbursement

→Evaluate and manage a wide range of ENT conditions, including:
→Sinus and nasal disorders
→Otologic complaints
→Voice and throat conditions
→Perform and assist with in-office procedures such as:
→Nasal endoscopy (flexible and rigid)
→Cerumen removal
→Nasal/sinus debridement
→Conduct pre-operative evaluations and manage post-operative follow-ups
→Collaborate closely with ENT physicians and interdisciplinary staff for coordinated care
→Maintain thorough documentation in eClinicalWorks EMR
→Participate in shared low-volume triage call rotation
→Ensure ongoing compliance with licensing, certification, and CME requirements

Requirements

3+ years ENT experience
NP or PA license (AZ) (Or in Process of Obtaining)
NP/PA Program Completed in USA (Not Puerto Rico)
Comfortable with ENT procedures

Active, unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license
National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
Minimum of 3 years’ direct ENT clinical experience

Nice to Have

Experience in ENT oncology, thyroid disorders, or head and neck cancer
Interest or experience in pediatric ENT
Familiarity with eClinicalWorks EMR
Ability to manage 15–25 patients per day independently
Competence or willingness to train in ENT-specific procedures
