Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Kingman, AZ

• → Percentage-based collections bonus

• → Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan
• → Perform annual wellness exams, preventive screenings, and routine physicals
• → Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and common medical conditions
• → Manage chronic diseases including diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and other ongoing health concerns
• → Order, interpret, and review laboratory tests, diagnostic studies, and imaging
• → Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
• → Educate patients on preventive care, medications, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices
• → Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care
• → Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
• → Participate in quality improvement initiatives and collaborative care activities

• Active, unrestricted Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Graduate of a U.S.-accredited NP or PA program (Note: Puerto Rico-based programs not eligible)

• Active, unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Graduate of an accredited U.S. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain before employment)
• Eligible for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
• No history of malpractice claims or professional disciplinary action

• One or more years of outpatient Family Medicine or Primary Care experience
• New graduates with strong primary care clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
