• →Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with pulmonary conditions, including asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary nodules, and other respiratory disorders
• →Order, interpret, and review laboratory studies, imaging, and pulmonary diagnostic testing
• →Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medications
• →Educate patients on disease management, medications, smoking cessation, and lifestyle modifications
• →Monitor treatment response and coordinate ongoing follow-up care
• →Collaborate with pulmonologists, Advanced Practice Providers, respiratory therapists, and clinical staff
• →Participate in pulmonary rehabilitation, weight management, and other specialty clinic programs
• →Maintain accurate and timely documentation using AthenaOne EMR
• →Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on improving long-term respiratory health

As a Pulmonary Advanced Practice Provider, you'll provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients with acute and chronic pulmonary conditions. Working closely with board-certified pulmonologists, you'll evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, interpret diagnostic testing, educate patients on disease management, and help improve long-term respiratory health.

This role is ideal for providers who enjoy developing long-term patient relationships while practicing evidence-based medicine in a collaborative specialty setting.

• Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (or ability to obtain before start)
• National certification (ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA)
• Active DEA registration
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP)
• Previous experience in pulmonology, internal medicine, critical care, or hospital medicine
• New graduates with strong pulmonary, internal medicine, or critical care clinical rotations are encouraged to apply

• Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner (FNP or AGACNP preferred) or Physician Assistant license
• National certification through ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA
• Active DEA registration
• Pulmonology, internal medicine, or critical care experience
