Responsibilities

→ Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments
→ Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based rehabilitation techniques
→ Deliver skilled interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, and therapeutic modalities
→ Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes
→ Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
→ Collaborate with physicians, Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
→ Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
→ Promote patient safety, functional independence, and long-term wellness
→ Ensure compliance with all clinical, ethical, regulatory, and professional standards

Requirements

Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona or license-eligible prior to start date

Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
Active Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure before start date
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and organizational skills
Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered orthopedic rehabilitation
