The Physical Therapist provides high-quality, individualized care to patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. This role combines autonomy in patient management with collaboration across a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes and a superior patient experience.

• →Conduct comprehensive evaluations and functional movement assessments
• →Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
• →Deliver therapy through manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
• →Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• →Communicate effectively with referring providers and healthcare team members
• →Educate patients and families on diagnoses, recovery goals, and home programs
• →Document care accurately and promptly in the EMR
• →Support preventative care and promote long-term wellness

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Master’s degree required; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred
• Active or eligible Arizona Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills
• Proficiency with EMR and documentation systems
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred

• Arizona PT License or Pending
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
