Physical Therapist - Tucson, AZ

As a Physical Therapist, you'll evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic population while developing individualized treatment plans that help patients return to the activities they love. You'll utilize evidence-based treatment techniques, collaborate with referring providers, and play an active role in mentoring Physical Therapist Assistants.

• →Perform comprehensive orthopedic evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• →Deliver evidence-based treatment including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
• →Utilize additional treatment techniques based on your clinical expertise and certifications
• →Supervise and mentor 1–2 Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• →Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, recovery, and home exercise programs
• →Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes
• →Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• →Collaborate with physicians and referring providers to coordinate patient care
• →Maintain compliance with Arizona licensure requirements and continuing education standards
• →Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture focused on exceptional patient outcomes

• Current Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Experience treating an outpatient orthopedic patient population
• Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Manual therapy experience
• Dry needling certification or interest in obtaining certification
• Experience supervising or mentoring Physical Therapist Assistants
• Leadership experience or interest in clinic management

• Current Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
