Responsibilities

→Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent preferred
→Experience with Curriculum development and creating lesson plans
→2 years’ experience working with children under the age of 5 (in a licensed childcare facility preferred)
→3-5 years of supervisory experience
→1 year managing staff in a childcare setting with Business Management experience
→Familiarity with OCFS regulations preferred, but not required
→Superior administrative and supervisory skills with experience preferably in a consumer-driven environment
→Excellent customer service and parent communication skills
→Track record of working as a team and helping to create a team-oriented work environment
→Commitment to delivering excellent programs and managing personnel expenses
→Must pass full background check including fingerprinting and reference check
→Must be medically fit to perform job duties
→Professional, reliable, prompt, warm, friendly, caring, and upbeat personality
→Excellent time management skills
