Family Assistant & House Manager
We are seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented Family Assistant & House Manager to support a dynamic, high-functioning family based primarily in Aspen, CO, with additional time in Weston, CT and the occasional trip to other residences.
This role is the operational heart of the household — responsible for ensuring that daily life runs seamlessly, homes are fully functional and organized, and the family’s logistics are proactively managed with precision and care.
You will partner closely with the Chief of Staff while owning the execution of household operations, family logistics, vendor coordination, and property management. This is an ideal role for someone who takes pride in creating order, anticipates needs before they arise, and enjoys supporting a family in a hands-on, high-responsibility environment.

- 4–7+ years in household management, family assistant, or related operational role
- Experience supporting a high-functioning household

Compensation & Structure
Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 base + bonus + benefits
Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility based on family needs
