Hearing Healthcare Recruiters is proud to present an opportunity for a full-time Hearing Aid Technician / Audiology Assistant to join an established, family-owned private hearing healthcare practice serving the York, Shrewsbury, and Gettysburg, Pennsylvania communities.


With a history dating back to the 1970s, this practice has grown from a single office into a three-location operation built on patient relationships, community referrals, and personalized hearing care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in healthcare, and wants to be part of a supportive, close-knit team.


Position Overview:
 
  • Full-time position based primarily in York, PA
  • Travel to the Shrewsbury and Gettysburg offices as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the practice owner, audiologists, and front-office staff
  • Provide technical and administrative support to help ensure smooth daily operations
  • Build relationships with patients and contribute to a welcoming, professional environment


Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Clean, inspect, and perform routine maintenance checks on hearing aids
  • Assist with inventory management, including tracking supplies and placing orders
  • Help prepare and maintain patient charts, clinical notes, and medical records
  • Prepare clinical materials and supplies, including earmolds
  • Support providers with day-to-day clinical needs
  • Greet patients warmly and help ensure a positive experience at every visit
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and patient-focused approach in a family-oriented practice environment
