As a Graphic Designer, you'll create engaging marketing materials that help businesses grow and support Hearst's award-winning brands. Every day is different—you might be designing a digital campaign, creating a print advertisement, developing promotional materials, or collaborating with Sales and Marketing to bring a client's vision to life.

You'll:

  • Design high-quality print and digital marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, direct mail, presentations, signage, social media graphics, and promotional campaigns.
  • Create production-ready files that meet print and digital specifications.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Production, Editorial, and other internal teams to develop creative solutions that achieve business goals.
  • Work directly with internal stakeholders—and occasionally clients—to understand project objectives and deliver exceptional creative work.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining outstanding attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Contribute ideas that improve creative quality, workflows, and team collaboration.

You're naturally creative, organized, and curious. You enjoy solving problems through design and take pride in producing polished work that exceeds expectations. You're comfortable juggling multiple priorities and understand that great communication is just as important as great design.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience designing for both print and digital media.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
  • A solid understanding of typography, layout, branding, color theory, and print production.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional work.
