→Prep listings for launching as live auctions, including:
- →Creating an inventory of seller submission data and photos.
- →Organizing photos in accordance with BaT standards.
- →Working with sellers and team members on adding informational updates to listings.
→Act as the point of contact for sellers during the initial stages of listing creation up to the point of auction go-live and responding to sellers in a timely and professional manner
→Provide customer support such as answering questions, giving advice or tips, and addressing seller concerns/worries.
→Handle and prioritize work on a large queue of listings in various stages prior to the listing going live in auction.
→Shepherd listings through the system and serve as the “original expert” on the history of a listing as it is touched by other teams.
→Complete assigned work queue on a daily basis.
→Additional duties and projects as needed.
