We’re hiring Respiratory Therapists (CRT or RRT) and Pulmonary Function Technologists (CPFT or RPFT) to perform simple spirometry testing (pre/post albuterol) at primary care clinics in the Houston (Beaumont), Texas area.

✓Visit local primary care clinics to perform pre- and post-bronchodilator spirometry testing
✓Educate and coach patients to ensure accurate, high-quality results
✓Safely administer albuterol when indicated and monitor patients throughout testing
✓Grade and upload completed testing for pulmonologist review
✓Maintain testing equipment and follow quality and safety standards
✓Build trusted relationships with patients and clinic teams while representing Crosswalk Health with professionalism and compassion

✓Are dependable and reliable—patients, clinic partners, and teammates know they can count on you
✓Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, providers, and coworkers
✓Are adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable navigating change

✓Take pride in delivering exceptional patient experiences and high-quality care
✓Current CRT, RRT, CPFT, or RPFT credential
✓Experience performing bedside spirometry or pulmonary function testing
✓Knowledge of respiratory therapy practices and safe albuterol administration
✓Comfortable commuting to clinics throughout a region
✓Available to work a flexible schedule
✓Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
