Crosswalk Health is reimagining pulmonary care by bringing high-quality, guideline-based outpatient spirometry testing into primary care clinics, especially in rural and underserved communities. COPD is the third leading cause of death in the U.S., and our work helps providers detect disease earlier, reduce hospitalizations, and improve patients’ quality of life. Our mission is to deliver virtual-first, data-driven pulmonary care at scale, ensuring patients and clinicians have access to high-quality respiratory care–no matter where they are.

We’re hiring Respiratory Therapists (CRT or RRT) and Pulmonary Function Technologists (CPFT or RPFT) to perform simple spirometry testing (pre/post albuterol) at primary care clinics in Miami, Florida.

This role is ideal for RTs/PFTs who value:

  • Flexible, daytime-only work
  • Clinical autonomy and independence
  • Strong relationships with patients and clinic teams
