• →Assemble and work on a variety of antenna products.
• →Perform precision soldering, rework, and touch-up of electronic assemblies.
• →Use microscopes for inspection and detailed soldering tasks.
• →Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and schematics.
• →Operate hand and power tools, including electric screwdrivers and heat guns.
• →Follow established manufacturing processes, work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• →Ensure all work meets IPC J-STD-001 workmanship requirements.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• →Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in electronics assembly or a related manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with hand soldering and electronic component assembly.
• Ability to pass a hands-on soldering proficiency test.
• Experience using microscopes for assembly and inspection.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
• Good English communication skills are preferred.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
