Production Control Clerk

Santa Barbara Infrared, Inc. is currently recruiting for the position of Production Control Clerk. The Production Control Clerk supports manufacturing operations by tracking, coordinating, and documenting the flow of materials, work orders, and production schedules. This role ensures that production data is accurate and up to date, helping the production team meet output goals, minimize downtime, and maintain smooth workflow between departments such as inventory, purchasing, and shipping.

• →High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• →1–3 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or inventory control environment
• →Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• →Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or similar) preferred
• →Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• →Good organizational and time-management skills

• Associate degree or coursework in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field
• Experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or industrial production setting
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles
• Basic understanding of inventory control and materials management concepts
