Grower

• →Ensure plants receive appropriate nutrients and water based on established protocols.
• →Observe and adjust the greenhouse environment as needed to maintain optimal growing conditions.
• →Monitor plant health and minimize waste through proactive management strategies.
• →Assist with Integrated Pest Management (IPM), including monitoring for pests and diseases and applying appropriate treatments.
• →Maintain accurate records of crop conditions, shrink reports, and spray applications.
• →Communicate daily with the Head Grower to coordinate tasks and ensure continuous improvement.
• →Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• →Other duties as assigned

• Horticulture degree or diploma
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Working knowledge of greenhouse management systems
• Self-motivated with demonstrated leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willing to be on call and work weekends as needed
• Valid spray/pesticide license
