Reliable and available for immediate transportation support
Must have a safe, reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license if providing transportation
Patient, attentive, and compassionate
Comfortable assisting an older adult following an ER visit
Able to provide calm companionship and general support

This role is best suited for a reliable and attentive helper who can provide immediate transportation and short-term support during an important transition in the client’s care. The ideal helper will be patient and reassuring, help the client get safely to and from the hospital, and provide supportive check-ins at home during the following week.
