Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding in the Nashville market and hiring motivated, competitive individuals who want to grow into leadership through our Fast Track Sales Leadership Program.

You’ll begin by learning the business in the field while developing the skills needed to lead and grow a successful team.

• →Lead from the front by generating business and setting the pace in the field
• →Oversee roofing and restoration projects while ensuring strong customer experience and production quality
• →Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing new sales representatives
• →Coach and mentor team members through ride-alongs, field training, and daily support
• →Help drive team performance, accountability, and morale in the market
• →Train directly with experienced sales leaders to learn leadership systems and team management
• →Support leadership with team organization, appointments, and production goals
• →Develop into a Team Lead role overseeing team growth and performance

• Valid driver’s license required
• Pickup truck required (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
