Responsibilities

You’ll start by mastering the field role while developing leadership and management skills alongside top producers and current leaders.

→Lead from the front by generating business and setting the pace in the field
→Oversee roofing & restoration projects while ensuring strong customer experience and production quality
→Assist with recruiting and developing new sales reps
→Coach and mentor team members through ride-alongs, field training, and daily support
→Help drive team performance, accountability, and morale in the market
→Train directly with experienced sales leaders in Dallas to learn leadership systems and team management
→Support leadership with team organization, appointments, and production goals
→Develop the skills needed to transition into a Team Leader role overseeing team growth and results
