Manages the grocery and receiving departments to promote sales, achieves profit margins, labor goals and exceeds customer expectations.

Responsibilities

→ High School Diploma, GED equivalent required
→ Bilingual in English and Spanish

The incumbent must possess the knowledge, skills and abilities required for satisfactory performance.

Able to conduct proper training
Ability to supervise the department personnel
Ability to understand, read and record department's invoices and paperwork
Managerial skills
Communication skills; verbal and written
Leadership skills
Excellent customer service skills
