Responsibilities

Lead searches across engineering, product, security, data, and infrastructure, from role definition through offer acceptance, ensuring a rigorous and efficient process. - →Partner closely with senior leadership to define and execute hiring strategy.
Work with founders and hiring managers to clarify role scope, define success profiles, and align hiring decisions with the company’s long-term objectives. - →Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies for high-impact roles.
Proactively identify and engage exceptional candidates through structured sourcing, referrals, and direct outreach, with a strong focus on quality and relevance. - →Drive hiring across multiple geographies.
Operate effectively across international talent markets, navigating differences in candidate expectations, compensation benchmarks, and competitive dynamics. - →Ensure a high-quality and rigorous hiring process.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while maintaining a strong talent bar, ensuring thoughtful, consistent, and well-calibrated evaluation.
To thrive in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in recruitment best practices combined with initiative and excellent interpersonal skills. We're seeking someone with:
- Proven Recruitment Experience: At least 4 years of experience recruiting Executive profiles, in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Expertise: Proven ability to independently manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from defining requirements and sourcing through to offer negotiation and closing.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to and influence a wide range of stakeholders, from technical leaders to business partners.
- Deep understanding of recruiting strategies and market dynamics in competitive talent landscapes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Fluent English both writing and speaking
