This local Class A CDL position in Harrisburg, PA hauls intermodal loads in and out of the area’s rail yards, with 2-5 loads a day on familiar routes. Pay is activity-based with plenty of add-ons, you’re home daily, and the company covers your hazmat endorsement costs.

- Available shifts:
- Thursday–Monday
- Friday–Tuesday
- Wednesday–Sunday
- Start times between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
- Better shifts offered as they become available, based on seniority.
- Christmas off.
- Tractor stays at the terminal while you're off.
- Intermodal loads to and from Harrisburg, PA rail yards.
- 2–5 loads per day.
- Priority loading and unloading at the yards.
- No NYC routes.
- Manual and automatic trucks available.
- Average truck age: approximately 2 years.
- Slip seating.
- On-site management and full-service maintenance.
Requirements
~1 min read- Hazmat endorsement required within 60 days of hire.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- No SAP drivers.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- Hazmat endorsement within 60 days of hire.
- Able to drive manual or automatic trucks.
- Non-smoker.
