- Base Location: West Haven yard facility located at 4 Industry Drive, West Haven, CT.
- Operation: Dedicated local support fleet operating out of the West Haven yard while servicing the North Hatfield hub.
- Equipment: Tractor-trailer units equipped with lift-gates. Daily start and end point is the West Haven yard (personal commuter transportation to the yard is required daily).
What We Offer
~1 min read✓Annual Earnings: Estimated between $100,000 and $110,000 gross per year.
✓Mileage Pay: $0.52 to $0.56 per mile.
✓Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 total bonus payout.
✓Accessorial & Daily Pay:
✓$50 per day shift rate (contingent on completing all 5 scheduled workdays).
✓$42 per stop inside NYC Boroughs.
✓$45 lift-gate pay.
✓$21 drop-and-hook pay.
✓Detention compensation paid in 15-minute increments.
✓Safety orientation pay at $20 per hour.
✓Insurance: Corporate healthcare package including medical, dental, and vision coverage effective after 30 days.
✓Time Off & Retirement: PTO accrues starting on day one; 401(k) company matching available.
- Dispatch Times: Early morning dispatches starting between 01:30 AM and 04:00 AM.
- Shift Length: Daily shifts averaging 12 to 14 hours.
- Days Off: Split days off consisting of Sunday plus one designated weekday (guaranteed not to be Monday). Note: Mandatory 6-day workweeks apply during peak holiday shipping seasons.
