Join a dedicated local driving operation hauling freight in dry van trailers. This Class A CDL position offers a weekday schedule, hourly pay, and consistent local work. Drivers will handle touch freight, including loading at the warehouse and tailgating freight at delivery stops.
- $28.00 per hour
- All hours paid at straight-time rate
- Paid weekly
- Average 50–60 hours per week
- Average annual earnings: approximately $80,000
- Monday through Friday
- 6:00 AM start time
- Approximately 10–12-hour shifts
- Drivers may have up to one layover per week
- Local driving schedule
- Late-model Freightliner day cab
- Dry van trailer
- Touch-freight position
- Load freight at the warehouse
- Tailgate freight at delivery stops
Requirements
~1 min read- Valid Class A CDL
- Ability to perform the required touch-freight duties
- Ability to work the Monday–Friday schedule and accommodate occasional layovers
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- No SAP Drivers
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical card
- Able to work weekends
- Reliable and safety-focused
