Sales Associate - Busan Shinsegae

GENERAL ROLE

As a representative of Hermès products for our customers, This position delivers high quality sales and post-sale services and develops strong client relationships. He/She will be responsible for passing on the culture and helping to promote the different Hermès universes.

세일즈 담당자로서, 모든 고객에게 에르메스 제품을 홍보하고 문화를 전파하며 신규 고객 창출 및 고객과의 견고한 관계를 형성합니다.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all sales activities in store within Hermès standards of image and services에르메스 이미지와 서비스 스탠다드에 따른 세일즈 
• Maintain current and potential customers to establish client relationship현 고객 유지 및 잠재 고객 창출을 통한 고객 관리
• Keep customers informed on new products, services, or any changes, etc. 새로운 제품 및 서비스, 변화들에 대해 고객에게 지속적으로 안내
• Handle client enquiries and concerns고객 문의 및 의뢰에 대한 응대
• Provide excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with brand image뛰어난 고객 서비스 제공 및 브랜드 이미지에 적합한 매장 환경을 지속적으로 유지
• Ensure the floor is kept in good order (cleanliness, supplies, inventory) 플로어 정돈 및 세일즈에 적합한 환경 유지 (제품의 상태 및 재고 체크)
• Execute sales plans and participates in marketing events and promotion programs세일즈 플랜 실행 및 마케팅 이벤트와 홍보 프로그램에 참여
• Keep records and reports on sales activities세일즈 활동들에 대한 기록 및 리포트 작성
• Understand company procedures and systems and ensure accuracy in all transactions회사 내부 규정 및 시스템에 대한 이해와 준수를 통해 정확한 거래 처리
• Join in the daily store operations 스토어 오퍼레이션 참여
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of products: their features and benefits제품의 특색과 이점에 대한 높은 수준의 지식 개발
• Share your expertise and tips among teams제품에 대한 전문 지식을 동료들과 공유

REQUIREMENTS & CAPABILITIES

• Ideally 1-3 years of professional experience in customer service and sales, preferably in high-end fashion, luxury, hospitality industry 1-3년의 세일즈 및 고객 서비스 관련 경력 (하이엔드 패션, 리테일, 혹은 호스피탈리티 업계 우대)
• Passion in fashion with proficient sales skill 패션에 대한 열정과 뛰어난 세일즈 스킬 보유하신 분
• Great interpersonal and communication skills with service-oriented mind 서비스마인드, 뛰어난 대인관계 및 커뮤니케이션 스킬을 가지고 계신 분
• A team player attitude to reach a common goal & go the extra mile 팀플레이어 자세를 바탕으로 공동의 목표 달성을 통해 성장하고자 하는 분
• Fluent English and/or any other language (Chinese, Japanese) is a plus 영어 혹은 기타 외국어 능통자 우대
