We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the District Manager position, joining our Chillicothe, OH team.

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday approximately 45-55 hours a week.
BENEFITS: This position is full-time benefit eligible, elective benefits include:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two years’ experience in route sales with Herr Foods or two years managerial experience in a DSD company
Demonstrated success in ability to forecast future opportunities and problems
Demonstrated ability to reach goals and objectives by deadlines, with ability to manage operations when performance deviates from plan and execute corrective measures
Experience in the snack food industry preferred
Must possess a valid driver's license in the current state of residence with an excellent driving record.
All Herr Foods Inc. job offers are contingent upon successfully passing a drug test.
- Herr Foods also has a Random Drug Testing program for all active employees

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Frequently driving, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, balancing and lifting and reaching using fine manipulation
Frequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
Exposed to outside weather elements.
