Computer Maintenance Technician - IT Support Tech - Milford HFAD

• →Troubleshoot PC, printer, network, and phone issues
• →Maintain and repair computers and dealership office equipment
• →Install and troubleshoot hardware and software
• →Assist users with software and account issues
• →Set up PCs, printers, phones, and other equipment
• →Diagnose basic network and connectivity problems
• →Respond to IT support requests across multiple locations
• →Clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical users

• 2+ years of IT, computer repair, or technical support experience
• Experience troubleshooting Windows PCs and printers
• Basic networking and phone-system knowledge
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to occasionally work early mornings or late evenings
• Ability and willingness to travel regionally
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's degree a plus
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
