• →Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
• →Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• →Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
• →Handle service tickets, customer paperwork, and dealer transactions
• →Perform general office duties (filing, data entry, organization)
• →Support daily dealership operations as needed

• Strong communication skills (phone and in-person)
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Flexible schedule (including evenings and Saturdays)
• High School Diploma or GED required
