About the Role
~1 min readEvery deal Hevo closes in the US starts somewhere: a webinar someone registered for, a booth conversation at a trade show, a case study that made a prospect say "we need this," a LinkedIn post from one of our execs that got shared around a buying committee. You'll be the person who makes all of that happen, reliably, every single week.
We already have the playbooks. Our webinar and field event programs are proven and consistently driving pipeline. We're ready to take these programs further, and we need someone to own that growth day-to-day. That's where you come in: own four high-impact programs end-to-end, ship consistently, and watch your fingerprints show up in the pipeline numbers every month.
Responsibilities
~1 min read-
Run monthly webinar promo cycles end-to-end (email, LinkedIn, partner, and BDR outreach) with accurate registration tracking and CRM campaign association.
-
Plan and execute in-person field events (trade shows, roundtables, meetups, partner events): build pre-event lists and outreach, schedule meetings, and manage all logistics and on-site ops.
-
Drive post-event follow-up sequences and ensure clean CRM uploads, so attendees convert into pipeline rather than just a headcount.
-
Schedule and run case-study interviews with Account Managers/TAMs and customers.
-
Draft the case study, hand off to Design, chase approvals to closure, and publish it out into the world.
-
Turn our execs' ideas and talking points into LinkedIn content that sounds like them: draft and repurpose thought-leadership posts and threads across multiple exec voices and accounts.
-
Own the posting cadence and keep the content pipeline consistently full.
-
Track and report on registrations, attendance, content shipped, and pipeline/conversion impact across all four programs.
-
Use this data to flag capacity constraints or execution gaps back to your manager.
-
1-3 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or event management, ideally with some exposure to how events tie into pipeline/revenue, not just attendance.
-
Working knowledge of the event marketing lifecycle (pre/during/post), including sponsorships vs. field motion, booth ops, and dinners, and an understanding that follow-up is where pipeline is actually won.
-
Comfort orchestrating multi-channel promotion (email, LinkedIn, partner, BDR outreach) to fill a US-based event or webinar. Prior experience marketing to a US audience is a strong plus.
-
Strong copywriting and drafting skills: you can turn a rough brief into clean, on-message copy with minimal edits, and adapt to different voices (useful for the case study and thought-leadership work).
-
High execution rigour: you hit recurring deadlines without needing to be chased.
-
Assertiveness: you chase approvals, vendors, and internal stakeholders to closure on your own.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team, coordinating with AMs/TAMs, Design, BDRs, partners, and senior execs.
You won't be one of ten people quietly maintaining a program. You'll personally own four of Hevo's sharpest pipeline-generating motions in the US market, with a direct line of sight from what you ship to what closes. If you're excited by fast execution, tight ownership, and watching your work move real numbers, this is that role.
This role is also built to grow. You'll start as the execution owner across all four programs, working off documented playbooks. As you build a track record, there's room to move into owning program strategy and targets directly, and beyond that, into a broader marketing programs/demand-gen ownership track.
