• →Conduct user research to understand personas, behaviors, and needs.
• →Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• →Develop pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI designs with strong aesthetics and brand consistency.
• →Design and iterate on AI-driven products — including chat interfaces and AI interviewer experiences Iterate based on usability testing, data, and team feedback.
• →Join customer calls to gather insights directly from users.
• →Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams.
• →Participate in regular design reviews.

• 5+ years in UI/UX or Product Design.
• A clean, well-organized portfolio — applications without one will not be reviewed.
• Obsessed with design and excited to create something great every day.
• Comfortable with data and usability metrics.
• Proficient in Figma; experience with AI-based prototyping tools is a plus.
• Strong communicator who can clearly articulate design decisions.
• Startup or smaller company background preferred.
• No coding required.
