Join our College team! We are the largest innovation hub in Europe, but we are also a College. We are looking to expand our outstanding faculty team and invite you to experience how rewarding it is to work in an environment that values:

  • Your expertise in management, leadership and organisational behaviour
  • An entrepreneurial and hands-on approach to learning
  • A collaborative and dynamic culture – our faculty is international, forward-thinking, and passionate about inspiring students

Our campus is located in scenic surroundings near Venice and Treviso. It is a vibrant environment, hosting both day and boarding students, and continuously evolving to provide world-class facilities.

As part of our BSc programmes, we are seeking a Lecturer in Management Principles to introduce first-year students to the principles and practice of management. The module is a foundation for many of the modules that follow and is shared across several programmes, including Business Creation and Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Global Commerce, Management and Data Science, Digital Economics and Finance, International Business Studies, and AI & Sports Management.

The successful candidate will help students connect core management theories with real-world organisational challenges, in a highly supportive, developmental and well-scaffolded way, building the critical and creative thinking required in modern management roles.
