Manage teams and monitor performance indicators
Implement the Purchasing and Logistics policy defined by Management
Source high-performing partners offering optimal terms—specifically regarding the lowest implementation costs for materials, components, accessories, supplies, and services
Execute and develop purchasing activities based on the QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) principle, while adhering to all internal procedures (DOA, SOD, etc.)
Participate in the technical definition of the Company’s products
Define product delivery lead times that commit the Company, based on customer requirements and production capabilities
Oversee the timely procurement and ordering of materials (steel), accessories, and packaging supplies required for the manufacturing cycle
Develop the plant's annual production plan and inventory forecasts
Create weekly production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of machinery and equipment
Manage machining subcontracting and trading activities
