St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport has more than 3,200 employees. It includes a 473-bed community teaching hospital, a 76-bed inpatient psychiatric facility in Westport, a large multispecialty provider group, and special needs services for adults and children. St. Vincent’s is the first hospital in Fairfield County to be integrated into the Hartford HealthCare network, and is the system’s second-largest hospital

Our staff of licensed pharmacists provides medications for patients receiving medical care or who may be undergoing medical treatment at St. Vincent’s Medical Center and affiliated clinics. We are available to provide you with up-to-date pharmaceutical information should you have questions regarding your prescription drugs or prescribed drug therapy. Our pharmacists will address your concerns and answer any drug-related question you might have about possible drug-to-drug interactions, drug allergies, correct dosing, or other drug-related issues. We are available to review your medical history with you and to contact your providers, if needed, should you require additional help to clarify their prescription orders.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• PharmD preferred

Licensure and Experience:
• Current CT Pharmacist license
• Excellent customer service and communications skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
