The 340B Compliance Coordinator works under the direction of the 340B Compliance Manager to support the integrity, compliance, and operational effectiveness of HHHN's 340B Program. This position assists with compliance monitoring, audit activities, referral prescription eligibility reviews, data analysis, contract pharmacy oversight, and maintenance of program records. The Coordinator collaborates with internal departments and external partners to identify compliance risks, support corrective actions, and ensure adherence to all applicable 340B Program requirements and organizational policies.

- →Develop a thorough understanding of the 340B Program and improve the overall efficiency, value, and internal support of the 340B Program
- →Monitor to assist in ensuring that the 340B pharmacy program is continuously compliant with 340B federal regulations and the Drug Supply Chain Security Act
- →Review 340B Program policies and procedures on an ongoing basis and offer contributions and changes to ensure 340B compliance
- →Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of training and educational resources related to 340B compliance
- →Maintains professional development through educational opportunities, industry publications, and participation in relevant professional associations (including NACHC and Apexus)
- →Monitor to assist in ensuring 340B program integrity and maintain accurate records documenting compliance with all 340B Program requirements
- →Support contract pharmacy oversight activities, including eligibility review, claim validation, investigation of discrepancies, and maintenance of required compliance documentation
- →Prepare, analyze, and maintain compliance metrics, reports, dashboards, and supporting documentation used to monitor 340B Program performance, quality and regulatory compliance
- →Participate in internal, external, manufacturer, and HRSA-realted 340B audits
- →Review and approve referral prescriptions by evaluating patient and provider eligibility requirements in accordance with 340B Program regulations and organizational policies.
- →Conduct routine compliance audits and monitoring activities to identify potential diversion, duplicate discount, and eligibility risks
- →Analyze and validate program data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- →Assist in maintaining 340B databases, split-billing systems, and reporting tools used to support program operations.
- →Assist with audit documentation, corrective action plans, and follow-up activities.
- →Maintain copies of reports for compliance and audit purposes
- →Perform eligible prescriber list maintenance and eligible location/site mapping for HHHN’s 340B program
- →Cooperates and assists with other Network Pharmacy Department needs as directed.
- →Assists in the creation of monthly and quarterly presentations and communication tools as needed
- →Enthusiastically support the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Hudson Headwaters Health Network
- →Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements

- Associate Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in Business administration, finance, accounting, supply chain management, or another related field.
- Professional work experience preferred; 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, Buyer, Analyst, or Auditor
- 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) preferred
- Excellent computer and communication skills required
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret and apply federal regulations, organizational policies, and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of database management principles preferred
- Electronic medical records experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail
- MS Office Suite
The pay range for this position is $23.00-$25.00 per hour and will be determined based on skills and experience.
