Highlights Healthcare is seeking a passionate and dedicated Payroll Specialist / Human Resource Generalist to join our corporate support team. Our team supports our ABA therapy Learning Centers and Hospice agencies throughout the southeast.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist / Payroll Specialist located in Mooresville, NC. The Human Resources Generalist / Payroll Specialist manages and supports human resources, recruiting, employee records, compensation and benefits, and payroll functions. The role helps ensure HR procedures and payroll processes run accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable requirements. The position maintains employee and payroll records, supports full-cycle recruiting, administers payroll activities, responds to employee and management inquiries, and contributes to a healthy, well-organized workplace.
