Dispensary Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the dispensary, focusing on driving revenue growth while ensuring compliance with state regulations. This position involves supervising staff, providing exceptional customer service, and creating an atmosphere that encourages repeat business. The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies, and support employee growth. Additionally, this role requires a deep understanding of cannabis products to guide customers in making informed purchases, enhancing both the customer experience and store profitability.

• →1-3 years retail management experience or equivalent.
• →Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples.
• →Experience with POS and inventory management systems.
• →Ability to open and close the store independently.
