Landscape Architect

We’re looking for a talented Landscape Architect to join Hill and help shape the landscape, public realm and placemaking across our residential and mixed-use developments.

Working across projects from early concept and planning through to detailed design and delivery, you’ll collaborate with our Land, Planning, Technical, Development and Construction teams to create high-quality, sustainable and distinctive places.

  Providing landscape design input across new and live developments

• →

  Supporting site layouts, masterplans and placemaking strategies

• →

  Reviewing and coordinating all landscape designs

• →

  Creating and developing hard and soft landscape proposals

• →

  Supporting planning applications and landscape conditions

• →

  Integrating Biodiversity Net Gain, SuDS and green infrastructure

• →

  Working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs are practical, coordinated and deliverable

• →

  Visiting sites to help maintain landscape quality through construction

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Landscape Architecture

• Experience within a landscape practice, developer, housebuilder or multidisciplinary environment

• Good understanding of the UK planning system

• Knowledge of BNG, sustainable drainage and green infrastructure

• Strong design skills with a practical and commercially aware approach

• Experience taking projects from concept and planning through to delivery
