- Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage service activities for coffee breaks, conference dining, and room service.

- Train, motivate, and evaluate staff to maintain high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.

- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to meet budget targets.

- Address guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.

- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all food and beverage areas.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage  in a full service high volume hotel.
