Associate Project Controller Protege Trainee

• →Maintain and update project control tools, dashboards, and financial trackers.
• →Review Purchase Requisition (PR) requests against approved project budgets before release and escalate any exceptions.
• →Review project timesheets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• →Support monthly project financial closing, reporting, reconciliations, and forecast updates.
• →Assist with project cost monitoring, budget tracking, and financial analysis.
• →Prepare reports and ad hoc analyses to support Project Controllers and Project Managers.
• →Liaise with Project Managers, Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with project governance processes.
• →Support continuous improvement of project control processes and reporting tools.

• →Progressively manage assigned low-complexity projects and/or product and spare parts sales orders as part of professional development.

Education and Experience

• →Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.

• →Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Knowledge/ Skills

• →Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• →Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail.
