Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services.  Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

1.You will prepare detailed technical specifications based on backlog priorities, ensuring clarity and completeness.
2.You will coordinate closely with R&D and engineering teams to ensure a thorough understanding of technical specifications and project requirements.
3.You will support users by addressing and resolving technical questions and issues.
4.You will conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the transformer’s design platform.
5.You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
6.You will engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, understand needs, and incorporate improvements into the software development process.
7.You will develop and maintain documentation for business processes, system requirements, and user guides.
8.You will identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

9.You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

1.Transformer design experience is fundamental to ensure understanding of the end-users needs. Experience in power transformers with high leakage flux is preferred.

3.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

4.Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive timely execution of tasks and projects.

5.Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on delivering user-centric solutions.

6.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information from various sources and develop actionable insights.

7.Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, with a familiarity with software development life cycles.

8.Bachelor's degree in Engineering

9.Experience with engineering design software is highly desirable.
