Competence Manager - Controlling Practice & Operations

This position holder is overall responsible for managing the CP&O competency base and the related source of information. In addition, the position holder supports the screening of incoming demands towards the CP&O organization. Works closely with the CP&O Organization, Global Finance Competency and Employee Engagement Lead, SAP Finance lead, the Digital Core CoE as well as other relevant global company functions.

• →Should have master’s or bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting, Business administration or technical degree.
• →Must have 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Controlling & operational experience in S/4 Hana in controlling.
• →Should hold PM Certification.
• →Robust process understanding of the controlling content and technical perspective.
• →Experience in process management and related document control.
• →Ability to manage internal projects.
• →Excellent communication, partnering and advocating skills, capability to drive change management.
• →Ability to act with stakeholders on both management and operational level.
• →Experience in using AI tools of advantage.
• →Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
