Corporate Communications Executive

This position reports to Senior Corporate Communication Executives and Assistant General Manager in the Corporate Communications Group. CCG supports the Global Business direction and
executes communications' activities to promote its brand awareness in ASEAN. He/She will be participating in the development and implementation of internal communications' activities and digital
content creations.

• To support the team in developing and executing internal communications' activities to keep all employees connected and effectively informed.

• Plan, edit and write content for internal communications' mediums such as staff intranet, monthly e-newsletter.

• Draft messages or scripts from senior executives for presentation to employees in written or spoken form

• Ensure consistent delivery of messages across all internal and external mediums

• Support the team in generating digital contents that support the overall Corporate Communications strategy

• Write, review, edit, and update content for company websites, SNS and publicity materials.

• Play a pivot role in localizing contents and publicity materials for other ASEAN regions

• Coordinate with external agencies, internal stakeholders, Hitachi Group of Companies and Tokyo Headquarters

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the group's activities, including but not limited to generating or compiling reports, processing of PO and invoices etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications or equivalent

• Preferably 2 years’ experience in Marketing/ Corporate Communication / Advertising agency

• Require excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills

• Need journalistic ability to source stories from employees

• Have good knowledge in digital marketing

• Strong time-management and organizational skills

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

• Creative, self-driven with great passion in communications.
