Electrical Designer Experienced Professional

• Develop and execute real electrical design cases to validate new functionalities within the design platform
• Test and verify applications and features in close collaboration with R&D and software teams
• Analyze the impact of new solutions on design practices, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability
• Define and maintain technical specifications based on backlog priorities and user needs
• Act as a key interface between engineering users and development teams, translating requirements into improvements
• Identify gaps, issues, and optimization opportunities during testing and drive corrective actions
• Support users by troubleshooting technical questions and ensuring smooth adoption of new tools
• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and continuous improvement of testing methodologies

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Strong experience in transformer electrical design, with knowledge of dielectric, impulse, and short‑circuit behavior preferred
• Hands‑on mindset with the ability to validate solutions through real design applications
• Interest in engineering tools, digital platforms, and system development
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills in a global environment
• Ability to bridge engineering and software perspectives with effective communication skills
