Electrical Engineering Specialist - Transformers

Drive digital transformation across the transformer business. Combine transformer engineering expertise with digital innovation to shape solutions supporting engineering, manufacturing, and service operations. Act as the connection between domain experts and software teams, ensuring business needs are translated into practical digital products that create measurable value.

• Provide transformer domain expertise for digital products and solutions.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and specifications.
• Define acceptance criteria and support solution validation.
• Collaborate with software teams and business stakeholders.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Ensure alignment between delivered solutions and business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes.
• Contribute to the adoption of digital solutions across the organization.

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in transformer engineering, testing, manufacturing, or service.
• Understanding of transformer technologies and engineering processes.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
