Engineering End to End Process Lead – Transformers (f/m/d)

• Lead the design and rollout of global engineering processes

• Align local practices across factories into one unified approach

• Drive PLM strategy and implementation across product lines

• Reduce manual work and eliminate process inefficiencies

• Collaborate with IT and digital teams to define tool requirements

• Support “Design Anywhere, Manufacture Anywhere” strategy

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure process adoption

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and standardization

• Degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, IT, or a related field

• 5–7 years of experience in engineering process or PLM management

• Deep understanding of transformer manufacturing workflows

• Experience with PLM systems (e.g. Windchill) and ERP (e.g. SAP)

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities
