Facility Maintenance Technician

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment using established procedures and work plans.

• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot building systems including HVAC, fire protection, compressed air, potable water, and pumping systems.

• Support maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, and automated control systems.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete required documentation in accordance with company procedures.

• Monitor and manage spare parts and consumable inventories to support facility operations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Participate in safety initiatives, emergency response brigades, and continuous improvement activities.

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and support certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• Technical degree or education in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility maintenance, building systems, or industrial maintenance environments.

• Experience with HVAC, fire systems, plumbing, compressed air systems, painting, and general facility repairs.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control system diagrams.

• Knowledge of CMMS platforms, 5S, TPM, ISO standards, and industrial safety practices.

• Basic English proficiency to review equipment manuals and technical documentation.
