  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share lessons learned across the organization.
  • Travel extensively (approximately 60-70%) based on customer and business requirements.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in field service, commissioning, maintenance, testing, or power systems engineering.
  • Experience working with transformers, switchgear, substations, protection systems, high-voltage equipment, power quality solutions, or related technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis capabilities in live customer environments.
  • Proven experience engaging directly with customers, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities that support customer success and business growth.
  • Ability to work independently in dynamic field environments while maintaining high safety standards.
  • Experience preparing technical reports, service recommendations, and customer documentation.
