As Global Implementation Manager, you will play a key role in driving the successful deployment of industrial processes, systems, and product-related changes across our global manufacturing network. You will lead complex implementation initiatives, ensuring alignment between global standards and local operational requirements while supporting business transformation and operational excellence.

Working closely with stakeholders across Operations, R&D, Master Data Management, PLM, and Product Management, you will ensure smooth execution of global rollouts and sustainable adoption of new processes and technologies.

Lead end-to-end implementation initiatives across Production Units and Feeder Factories worldwide
Manage the implementation of change notifications from assessment and Change Review Board (CRB) decisions through communication, deployment, and successful completion
Develop and maintain standardized implementation processes, governance structures, and documentation
Establish and further develop the global Landscape Implementation Management (LIM) setup and organization

Drive global implementation roadmaps, deployment strategies, and project plans
Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Operations, R&D, Global Master Data, GPS, and the HVPLM Core Team
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and in line with quality expectations
Provide transparent reporting through defined KPIs, milestones, and governance frameworks

Promote standardization, continuous improvement, and best practices across the global organization
Support the implementation of global operating standards, processes, and digital solutions
Define training requirements and coordinate capability-building initiatives for local teams and site leadership
Facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure long-term adoption of new processes and systems

Several years of experience in implementation management, transformation projects, or change management within an industrial environment
Strong knowledge of operational master data management and related business processes
Hands-on experience with PLM systems and SAP
Solid understanding of High Voltage Products and associated manufacturing processes
Strong expertise in process management, process definition, and standardization
Experience working in global manufacturing organizations and matrix structures
Project management experience and familiarity with established project management methodologies
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
