Internship in Power Converter Engineering 80 - 100% (f/m/d)

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Power Conversion Engineering team and support Engineering Management in strengthening and governing our engineering processes.

• Support the definition and improvement of engineering processes and workflows
• Help maintain process documentation, guidelines, and templates
• Support process governance and continuous improvement activities
• Coordinate inputs and follow up actions across engineering teams
• Contribute to digitalization and standardization initiatives

• Student in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Structured, analytical, and proactive working style
• Interest in engineering processes and technology
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English
