Intra Group Reconciliation & Reporting Specialist

The Intra Group Reconciliation & Reporting Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely reconciliation of intercompany transactions across the organization. The role supports the month-end close process, maintains intercompany account integrity, performs financial analyses, and collaborates with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and drive process efficiency.

The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Controlling, and Shared Service teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies, reporting requirements, and internal controls related to intercompany activities.

• GR/IR and Vendor Aging Analysis

• Experience in Accounting, Finance, Shared Services, or Intercompany Accounting.
• Experience with month-end close activities and account reconciliations.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
